28 Day Wellness Challenge

Join us in our 1st ever Wellness Challenge!

What is it?

This is a challenge that consists of 1 thing: Using your hot tub. Pretty easy, right? Well, it should be!

It is proven that do get in a regular habit of doing something, you need to do it every day for 21 days before it becomes natural. Can you imagine if you got in the habit of using your hot tub EVERY DAY for just 20 minutes? The changes you would experience… it would be LIFE changing.

Our goal for this 28 day Wellness Challenge is to take the month of February to not only get in the habit of using our hot tubs, but to actually pay attention to the changes. You will experience mood changes, physical changes and more. You will start to feel better, move better and LIVE better, and we want to jumpstart this amazing habit!

 

What do I have to do?

It is very simple.

1.) SIGN UP! 

There is a super simple form below. We will only use your email to send you weekly Wellness reminders throughout the challenge and helpful tips!

2.) Sit in your hot tub EVERY DAY for a minimum of 20 minutes.

We all have busy lives. We all have something we should be doing or want to be doing. 20 minutes in hot water every day will change your life, so start this amazing habit now and watch the changes!

3.) Start a daily Wellness Journal

We want you to record it all: What time you sat in your hot tub, how you felt before sitting in your hot tub today and how you felt after. To make things easy, we will SEND you a free template to use right to your email after signing up. Make sure to fill it out each day!

4.) When it’s done, send in your journal!

You can mail it, fax it, scan it, email it, text it, WHATEVER you want! We just want to see your daily results. Those who signed up at the beginning and send in their results by March 5th, 2020 will be entered into a drawing to receive tons of fun prizes!
