If the hot tub has been drained, partially drained, shut down, or is otherwise unable to be operated prior to the appointment, HotSpring Spas & Pools cannot verify that the hot tub, plumbing, pumps, or equipment were functioning properly before winterization and cannot be held responsible for pre-existing issues or damage discovered during or after winterization.

I understand that winterization is intended to reduce the risk of freeze damage, but does not guarantee against damage caused by pre-existing leaks, equipment issues, improper preparation, or circumstances outside of HotSpring Spas & Pools' control.
